I think it is a good idea, since not everyone comfortable eating sushi while looking at obese people in a swimsuit. The uniform are t-shirt and shorts, they're actually simple cover-ups for your swimsuit. You also have to wear the Spa Castle uniform in restaurant area and sauna area (except the gender-based sauna where you have to be naked). But it is recommended to bring your own towel if you need a bigger towel. Towel and all amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste) are provided too.

Drinking water are provided free and unlimited (even though the cups are small), so you don’t have to worry about dehydration after sauna or have to buy over-priced water bottle. Reception lady in the front office was really friendly and patient, she helped me with the key locker, and explained that there are 2 lockers: one smaller locker for shoes, one bigger is for everything else.

My visit was wonderful because my husband and I did it on a week day while not so many people there.We had 1 big pool just for us, plus no children running around like in the water park which means complete relaxation. Facilities are quite clean and high-tech, well maintained.
Great value! With $35 each person (and even half price in ), you can enjoy 10 types of sauna and 10 different pools (indoors and outdoors) include lazy river, waterfall and more than 20 types of hydro-therapy machines.
